Important payment note: the last 2 payments are required as a deposit.
If you’re not sure whether your building qualifies, it’s fastest to call the office and confirm before ordering.

Rent-to-own is available on select items including pergolas, gazebos, chicken coops, dog kennels, Adirondack chairs, swing sets, and hunting blinds. It’s also available on:

• Sheds up to $9,500

• Horse barns up to $9,500

• Hunting blinds: only 2 payments are required for the deposit.

If you’re choosing between styles or sizes, you can apply first, then confirm the exact model/price that fits under the limit.

Trade In / Trade Up is the option where you trade in your old shed and upgrade to a bigger, better, newer Esh Shed.
What makes this especially helpful:

• No shed is too shabby (yes, even rough/older sheds)

• They’ll haul away sheds from other companies, not just Esh buildings
  This is a great option if you want to replace an outdated shed, upgrade size, or switch to a new style without figuring out removal yourself.

To get faster answers and a smoother quote, have these ready:
For Rent-to-Own (especially for sheds/garages/barns):

• What you want to buy (style + size if known)

• Approximate total price (or your target budget)

• Your preferred timeframe

For Trade In / Trade Up:

• Current shed size + general condition (good / fair / rough)

• Photos (if you have them)

• Whether it’s an Esh shed or another brand

• Any access issues for hauling it away (tight gate, trees, slope, etc.)
